Who is Property Solution
Property Solution LLC. started as a Brokerage for Real Estate Sales and marketing in 2018. Genesis Property Management has been providing association management services since 2009. As demographics changed, Property Solution evolved into full Community Management. Jennae Hoffman, Broker and owner, started her career in 2001 as a Community Manager. As her career grew so did her knowledge and ability to work side by side with Board of Directors and residents. Working with developers in new construction or the 50+ year old buildings, each service is designed with your community in mind. In June of 2023, Jennae teamed up with Eric Langerman to bring two teams together, providing communities with strong leadership, vast knowledge and dedication for the future.
